Lesley Rudd, our practice manager, joined in 1985 and leads a team of highly experienced and professional dental nurses, all of whom have been with the practice for many years. Tim introduced orthodontics to the practice and has over 25 years of experience in complex orthodontic cases. He maintains a NHS orthodontic contract with the PCT. Mary retired in 2004 having cared for many families and patients over the years. She was immensely respected and liked by her patients who still ask after her today.
Mark, joined the team in 2004, and purchased the practice in 2009. In 2011 the practice moved next door to new purpose built premises. This significant investment has allowed the practice to grow and adopt the developing technology and treatment to become a fully equipped state-of-the-art dental practice. Having invested in a great team of ability and talent, The Vernon Dental Practice can offer all that dentistry has to offer.
We are fortunate to have created a training facility with a seminar room which can accommodate up to 40 delegates. Annexed to this is a fully equipped dental surgery allowing dental procedures to be demonstrated during dental training. We also have two additional large seminar rooms which can be used for hands on training. This fantastic facility is also open to hire and the intention is that it can be used by local business at low cost and for convenience.
We take cross infection very seriously. With two decontamination rooms with excellent equipment and best practice policies, you can be confident your safety is at the heart of all that we do.
